We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms, applicable law, or payment processor rules.

Creating new or altered accounts to evade suspension or termination ("ghosting") is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to engage in any of the following, including but not limited to:

• Illegal or fraudulent activity;
• Depicting or sexualizing minors;
• Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or impersonation;
• Doxing or misuse of private or sensitive information;
• Content piracy, scraping, archiving, or redistribution;
• Circumventing download limits, security, or access controls;
• Automated scraping, mass downloading, or bot usage;
• Spam, misleading information, or reputational attacks;
• Encouraging refunds, mass unsubscriptions, or legal action against the platform;
• Abuse of chargebacks or payment systems.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination and may be reported to authorities where required.

These Terms survive account termination.

Each subscription tier has a defined daily download limit.

• Exceeding limits three (3) times results in a 24-hour suspension;
• Suspicious activity (e.g., scraping or automation) results in immediate suspension;
• Repeated violations may lead to permanent termination.

Profile images must not:

• Depict minors;
• Contain violent, gory, hateful, or discriminatory imagery;
• Be sexually explicit or suggestive;
• Impersonate another individual.

Violations may result in removal or account termination.

All comments and reviews are moderated prior to publication.

Submissions must:

• Be in English;
• Avoid abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content;
• Not contain spam or promotions.

We reserve the right to edit, refuse, or remove submissions at our discretion.

User opinions do not represent our views. Users agree to indemnify us for content they submit.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (approximately every 30 days). Each subscription is billed separately. Prices may change at any time.

24-Hour Cancellation Hold

All new accounts are subject to a mandatory 24-hour hold before cancellations take effect to prevent fraud.

Refund Policy (Strict)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No refunds, credits, or prorated refunds are issued for:

• Unused time;
• Forgotten cancellations;
• Dissatisfaction with content;
• Tier changes or downgrades;
• Account termination.

Refunds, if any, are handled solely by the payment processor (e.g., CCBill) on a case-by-case basis.

Fraudulent chargebacks result in permanent bans.

Payments are handled by third-party providers including:

• CCBill
• Cryptocurrency networks (pricing via BitPay)

We do not store payment details.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or exploit content without written permission.

Certain content may incorporate parody or satire under fair use. If you believe your rights are infringed, contact us.

Takedown Notices

Counter-Notices

Must include identification, a sworn statement of error, and consent to jurisdiction of federal courts in Delaware, USA.

AI-generated images may be used commercially or non-commercially, subject to restrictions outlined herein.

Users agree not to:

• Exploit or depict minors;
• Misrepresent fictional characters as real persons;
• Use content for medical, legal, discriminatory, or harmful purposes.

All AI content is provided "AS IS", without warranties.

California residents may request:

• Disclosure of collected personal data;
• Deletion of personal data;
• Confirmation that data is not sold.
